Payments Policy:
• New Windsor Medical Centre does not operate on credit.
• All consults are expected to be paid before or after seeing the doctor/nurse on the day of visit.
• There will be extra charges on top your usual consult fee depending on the extra service provided.

• Medical Insurance: We are affiliated with Southern Cross. For other Insurance companies please enquire at our reception.
Cancellation Policy:
• All booked appointments – you will get a text reminder 24hrs before your appointment. Please follow the instructions provided on the message.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment you are expected to cancel the appointment at least 4 hrs before the appointment. This will allow someone else to make use of that appointment. The more time you give us the better it will help for other patients.
• If you cancel after 4hrs limit or If you do not show up for the appointment a cancellation charge of $20 will be applied.
Overdue Accounts:
It is important that you keep up with your payments and make sure your account is not overdue.During your visit to the clinic – you will be reminded if you have any overdue bill with us. On a monthly basis or on interaction with the Medical Centre you will be reminded of your bill via text message.
Any unpaid amount or no payment plan in place within 15 days of your consult, an admin fee of $ 20.00 will be added to your account.
If we do not receive any payment by 30 days your account will be forwarded to debt collection agency for recovery.
